Why attend our COMPLIMENTARY Webinar?

Businesses, Managers and Teams are required to find new ways of working amidst an ever-changing political, social and financial backdrop.  The negative effects of stress are experienced throughout teams in businesses of all sizes, no matter what role the person undertakes.

There are pressures of increased workload, fewer resources and uncertainty that affect businesses and employees every day. These frequently result in high staff turnover, lack of productivity and mental health and wellbeing problems. There were an estimated 12.75 million working days lost due to stress, anxiety or depression in 2018-19, with an average of 21 working days lost per case.1

Research has shown that only 43%2 of employees say they usually have anything left over at the end of the month and 59%3 of employees cite financial matters as their primary cause of stress.  Stress at work: 25%1 of employees have lost sleep over money worries. Financial education can help your company and your employees.

Our Build Personal, Professional and Financial Wellbeing webinars will give you:

  • Strategies for building a positive, solution-focused mindset
  • Practical tools to recognise and overcome stress and build personal resilience
  • Tips to avoid overwhelm and build a better work-life balance
  • Understanding of why Financial Education can help
