Issuing notices

 Show Interest
Under your contract (without checking obviously) there is a requirement to serve notice to the client of delay along with the reason/ cause and the relevent events.

You may be worried about seeming contractual about this but the fact is that the contract is there to inform you how to act in the face of such events. Failure to follow the contract will cause you alot more problems than just someone thinking your being contractual and failure to do so can seriously jeperdise and in some instances stop you from claiming an EOT

Does the thought off issuing the notice and supporting information seem doughnting?
Well let us help. We will go through your contract and all relevent information and advise you of the best course off action, and if required collate all the information and issue it.
