Sally joined Loch Associates Group in 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience working in HR across both the public and private sector, operating at strategic and front-line levels. She is CIPD qualified.
Sally’s pragmatic approach allows her to advise managers on employee relations such as absence and performance management, maternity leave and flexible working. She also assists on TUPE transfers and redundancy processes.
Sally particularly enjoys training others and is often presenting training in person or remotely in general management training which guide on getting the best out of staff.
