  1. Define your strategic focus. What is the current context within which you are working and what is the situation you want to resolve? Create a positive statement.
  1. Discover the current situation. What’s working well so far? Appreciate the best of what is and build on the best of the past.
  1. Dream what’s possible. What do you aspire to? Share stories and conversations of opportunities and potential?
  1. Design your ideal future. Create a way forward towards your aspirations.
  1. Deliver on our design. Make your dream a reality!
