PART 1:

There are four main manager traits, let me know which one you are ๐Ÿ˜†;

1. ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ด, ๐—›๐—ถ๐—ฝ + ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜†
โ†ณnot always young in age, but definitely young at heart
โ†ณalways wants to be 'in' with the crowd and almost too friendly
โ†ณthey come across weird, but don't know it

2. ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐——๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฟ
โ†ณtells everyone what to do, but doesnt know enough about the project themselves
โ†ณwants complete power as this manager thinks its a way to the top
โ†ณsays they want your input, but will do what they want anyway

3. ๐—”๐—น๐˜„๐—ฎ๐˜†๐˜€ ๐—•๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜†
โ†ณsays they are approachable but is always staring at their phone/laptop screen when people speak to them about the issues they are facing
โ†ณpays no attention to others although they think they do
โ†ณtoo busy to manage anyone

4. ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—™๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ
โ†ณalways getting into conflicts and debates with others + never held accountable for their actions
โ†ณis invited to all important meetings but has nothing to add to them
โ†ณmost likely married to someone in a high position in the business or the child of the CEO
