We have a lot to celebrate here at Baltic. Not only have we recently become the first training provider to be accredited with the Institute of Customer Service, but a recent government publication highlighting the success rates of IT Apprentices, shows that Baltic Training are above the national average when it comes to our learners and their success!
These success rates are a fantastic achievement and just goes to show that our bold, courageous move to a fully digitalised training and delivery model works, and not only does it work but our apprentices are thriving!
Baltic are champions of change. We understand it takes courage to be the first training provider to successfully become fully digital, and we understand the needs of our customers. It is our duty to train the next generation of tech experts as they enter the fastest growing sector in the UK. We understand there are dynamic, eager, young people out there who love this fast moving world, just as much as we do.
Our success rate for our Level 3 IT apprenticeship program is 10.5% higher than the national average, with our Level 3 Social Media and Digital Marketing apprenticeship also 1.5% higher than the national average.
The reason behind these figures? Could it be our state of the art training delivery model or our expertly devised training programmes? Or it could be the fact that every single person at Baltic cares deeply about the success of our learners and helping our employers make the most out of their experience with us? By using technology to teach technology, we deliver flexible and dynamic training, but as impressive as technology is, it needs a human touch. People are more than ones and zeros and we pride ourselves on our warm, attentive approach to apprentices and employers.
Changing lives is a big responsibility, we handle it with care.
