When you're selling your body language is extremely important, even when you're on the phone.

How do you present yourself when you're trying to sell your products?

What do you say if someone asks what you do?

When someone asks you what you do, what do you say and how do you say it?

Do you say 'Oh yeah, I'm just an accountant'

Or do you say 'I manage the accounts of small businesses, so they have more time to spend on their business. I do tax returns and make it easy for people to control.'

What do you think sounds best?

Smile

If you don't usually smile when you're talking to people about your business try it next time.

Smiling changes the tone of your voice.

Your voice will be projected and people will be able to hear the enthusiasm in your voice so much more.

This even works when on the telephone, next time you're talking on the phone to someone try this out.
