Starting the New Year with “intentions” rather than “resolutions”.

Starting the New Year with…

A small yet empowering reframe, that Zulfi Hussain MBE and I had the pleasure of uncovering in coaching today.

We played with what are intentions are for 2021 in relation to: Being, Serving, Thinking, Feeling, Relating (relationships).

In a nutshell, here’s what came up for me:

Being - Be me, even more (let loose on my playful side plus veganism/food, wellbeing, fitness & indian me)

Serving - Serve my people from my heart with a love filter, doing more of what I love doing – because I can!

Thinking – Be intentional with my thoughts always (train my brain for this despite the mind drama)

Feeling – Presence, patience, playful and courage

Relating – Connect with my people and family at a deeper level as I am. Plus, be kinder to myself.

You up for intentionally believing in 2021?

I’m here to help you and would love to chat.

What I do is what I believe, and what I believe is, our thoughts create our results.

I thought if I over delivered and outperformed I’d be recognised and successful.
