Here’s how it goes..
Ask yourself…
What’s the outcome in relation to a specific activity or the next 30mins?
What’s the action(s) to achieve the outcome?
What feeling(s) will enable me to show up to take the action(s)?
What 2-3 intentional thoughts will create that positive feeling?
Remove all distractions in front of you, yep everything to create focus.
Set your 30min timer and get to work with belief in your brain and belief in your bones on purpose, NO DRAMA!
If your mind wonders, which it likely will, offering you some "bs", go back to your 2-3 intentional thoughts, create that feeling again in your body and crack on.
