Positivity seems a buzz word these days but does that mean you can never be negative again ?

Being positive means
Being aware of how you feel, whether happy, sad, angry or disappointed
Believing you have the power to make things better and things will be ok
Being flexible about the outcome you want and being able to reassess and change direction if you meet an obstacle
Having an open-minded can do attitude
Somethings you can do to become more positive
Practice gratitude and focus on the good
Start each day with a positive thought
Surround yourself with positive people
Use a positive anchor image if you feel yourself going down the negative path
Use affirmations
Meditate
