Land Remediation Relif (LRR) is a little known tax saving scheme.
Any company spending money on REMEDIATING CONTAMINATED land can benefit.  E.g. Asbestos, Japanese Knotweed, Pollution etc.

The details can be complicated but companies can receive a tax refund for up to 24% of whatever they spend on the remediation work.  This can change a project from being a disaster to a viable scheme.

Please get in touch for details or free discussion.  We will work with you to:

  • Understand the site and work being carried out
  • Confirm eligibility for the relief
  • Calculate costs and claimable value
  • Prepare the claim document
  • File the claim
  • Contact hmrc to ensure payment (where any delay beyond 1 month)
  • Once refund / credit received by the company we will raise our invoice
