Sometimes the best things come from the most unexpected situations.

After being made redundant for the second time, I found myself wondering, "What now?"

I could let fear and uncertainty take over, or I could take a chance on myself and build something that truly reflects who I am and what I love doing.

So, with a mixture of excitement, nerves, determination (and probably a few cups of decaf tea ☕), Alexandra Gregory Virtual Assistant was born.

Now, here's the important bit... I'm not "just a VA."

Yes, I have over 23 years of administrative experience, but what I offer goes beyond ticking off tasks on a to-do list.

I'm friendly, flexible, patient, organised, and genuinely passionate about helping people feel less overwhelmed.

Because let's be honest, handing over work to someone else can feel daunting. Whether you're worried things won't be done quite how you'd do them, struggle to let go of control, or simply have far too much on your plate, I completely understand.

As someone who has experienced anxiety myself, I know how valuable trust, reassurance and good communication can be. That's why I aim to be more than just someone you outsource work to. I want to be someone you can rely on, trust and feel comfortable working alongside.

A support partner, not just a service provider.

I love helping busy individuals, entrepreneurs and small business owners reclaim some breathing space so they can focus on what matters most to them, both in business and in life.

A little bit about me...
I grew up in Bournemouth
I now live in the West Midlands
I'm happily married
Mum to two amazing children
And proud owner of a Golden Retriever called Lottie, who is convinced she runs the household (and possibly the business too!)

One of the biggest reasons I started this journey is to create a secure future for my family. But equally important are the values that sit at the heart of my business: kindness, inclusivity, honesty, understanding and genuine human connection.

Because behind every business is a person.

Someone wearing multiple hats, juggling responsibilities, chasing goals and doing their absolute best every day.

And sometimes, that person just needs someone in their corner.

That's where I come in.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or simply ready to stop doing everything yourself, I'd love to have a chat and see how I can support you.

Let's turn your to-do list into my task list.

  • Small business
  • virtual assistant
  • women in business
  • virtual assistant services
  • Inclusive Business

With over 23 years of experience in administration across a range of industries, I help small business owners run their businesses more smoothly and efficiently.
