So, you no longer need to be a qualified lawyer to be a partner in a law firm; add to that the deemed “commoditisation” of the legal profession and it could be a worrying time for the Legal Profession. How should the Legal Profession react to these changes?

 

Stop and think!

 

Work out what makes you a great lawyer. Knowing the law is a given but you are also a good listener; commercially savvy; able to work as a team; an effective communicator; committed; dedicated; honest; ambitious; with a great eye for detail.

The Legal Profession has all the attributes to be a huge success in the new world order.
