Engage them with how you can resolve their issue.
Educate them with more information.
Have a good offer they can't refuse.

Look at the advert on the cover picture. What do you think it's advertising?
The advert is for a cosmetic surgeon who wants to advertise Mummy Makeovers for women between 35 and 55 with two or more children.
Do you think this advert is best place to advertise that?
Now look at the message below. Is this better placed for their target market?
