From 80-85% of search engine users, 60-65% of these users are those who are looking for information on local companies or businesses making way for opportunities in the local SEO. To attract local SEO packages consumers on your website, there are only 10 basic things to remember to start on your own local SEO:

  1. Claiming your Profile. You can walk through the verification steps in Google Places, Bing Local, and Yahoo Local by logging in. The verification step may include a phone call or postcard to verify your address.
  2. Pictures Uploading. Find pictures that will represent your company. These pictures should look decent even if not taken by a professional photographer to ensure customer appeal.
  3. Information Control across the Internet. Adding to the optimization of your site would be obtaining information from other websites. Do this action with caution to make sure that the information obtained from other sites is reliable and true.
  4. Asking for Reviews. Asking customers for a review helps in the positive development of your company. It is also to gauge how the company is doing in the market and the impression of customers to the quality and service your company can provide.
  5. Reacting on Bad Reviews. Immediate action is required if you receive negative reviews. This means to immediately act on a certain aspect to get back to quality service for the benefit of your consumer.
  6. Adding a Local Phone Number. Publish your local number in the text. This can provide your location indication.
  7. Put A Full Physical Mailing Address On All Pages Of Your Website. To support your geographical location, a post of your address is essential.
  8. Be In Customer's Shoes. It's to think how the customers would use the internet if they are looking for something. Depending on the guest posting services you give or the products you make, find the appropriate keywords for you to be able to emerge in every keyword search. These keywords do not need to be popular. What you need are keywords that will direct searchers to your company.
  9. Multiple landing pages for multiple locations. If you have two locations for your business, sending both local listings back to the homepage is not that ideal. In such a case, one should link back each location to a certain page on your website where it tells about the location and what's in store in that certain location.
  10. Excellent Customer Service. Good customer service should not only be manifested during personal meetings but also through online. Consumers are the ones responsible for the existence of the company. So it is highly recommended to treat them well.
