The re-procurement of this National Framework, with a nominal value of £35,000,000 over four years, was published recently. This is the first stage in the whole exercise, inviting interested firms to request to participate by 28 November.
The notice states 5-8 firms per Lot will be invited to tender with invitations to tender (ITT) potentially published on January 5th 2025. The Framework organisers have stated that they anticipate appointing 3 firms per Lot, at the end of the process..
Firms may apply for more than one lot, all the Lots or a single Lot at their discretion.
The Lots included are as follows:
Lot 1A - Procurement, Contract and Commercial, Governance - complex projects and disputes
Lot 1B - Procurement, Contract and Commercial, Governance - business as usual
Lot 2 - Civil Litigation, Personal Injury and Debt Recovery
Lot 3 - Inquests and Public Inquiries
Lot 4 - Employment
Lot 5 - Misconduct & Regulatory
Lot 6 - Property - Residential, Commercial and PFI
