1. IaaS or Infrastructure as a Service – this is where the cloud service provider will give you just the raw space and computing power. It is up to you to see how you want to utilize it.
2. PaaS or Platform as a Service – this is where the cloud service provider will give you space, computing power, and a platform that you can use to build your own tools and software.
3. SaaS or Software as a Service – this is where the cloud service provider will give you space, computing power, platform, and software to do your work. You can directly utilize SaaS to meet your business needs with minimum IT requirements on your end.

In summary, an organization that does not adopt the latest advances in technology in today’s highly competitive world generally gets left behind. There is already a rise in cloud adoption by enterprises. According to a survey by Harvard Business Review, 83% of survey respondents agreed with the importance of cloud for an organization’s future strategy and growth. Furthermore, 69% responded by saying that a significant part of their business information and applications will be in the cloud in the coming years. It gives a clear picture that cloud computing is an opportunity that cannot be ignored. It also shows that cloud is bringing a generation shift in the ever evolving world of technology.
