Does stress and anxiety cause you overwhelm? You are not alone!
An article in mentalhealth.org,uk showed that 74% of people interviewed said that they had suffered from stress and anxiety so badly in the last year – they felt overwhelmed and unable to cope.
This is a huge statistic and one that I have seen with my 1-2-1 clients in the last 2 years.
So much so that I have distilled the common and key points that have helped in my coaching sessions into an online 4 week course. That is in short easy to do lessions. Perfect to fit into a busy stressed life.
I want to help as many people as possible, by teaching how to process and cope better with stress and anxiety – not just now – but forever.
