Summary
As a trained Master Practioner of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) with more than 15 years experience in the Corporate business world, predominantly as an HR Manager, I am well equipped to support people on to their next journeys or remain where they are but in a better place, mentally, physically and emotionally.
I have also studied holistic practices and continue learning, studying new methods and new ways to support my clients.
My client base varies dependent on their needs. Some Autistic graduates have crossed my path as well as those professionals in the corporate world. I have also coached and continue to support fellow practitioners; coaching them to become self empowered and stretch them to their next stage.
I hold workshops on and off line focussing on dispensing of learned behaviors and limited beliefs which have been inherited. We look at what we may perceive to be our own values and ethics and question them.
I have recently moved from Somerset to Suffolk where I live in a mobile wooden Tiny House located in 15 acres of farmland. This too is surrounded by Farmland! I use this as a perfect space to support my clients in reconnecting not only with nature but also themselves. That is when shifts happen.
