Summary
I provide support to small businesses and SMEs to manage change and develop their people. I work with Business Owners and MDs or alongside existing HR teams. I work closely and collaboratively to understand their requirements and to gain insight to the culture and values of the business. This enables me to offer a bespoke, practical and people focused solution with the objective of causing minimal disruption to the business as usual activity.
I work with clients on both one off short-term projects and also on longer-term strategic people projects throughout the UK.
