I specialise in providing advice on an extensive range of corporate and commercial matters. More specific examples of areas of work include acquisitions, re-structures, disposals, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, private equity investment, corporate security and lending, share options and share schemes, distribution and supply agreements, IP licensing as well as general commercial, corporate and intellectual property matters.
I represent both individuals and corporate entities covering a broad range of market sectors. I enjoy working with SMEs and OMBs in developing their businesses and assisting them on their corporate structure and contractual relationships.
