As an HR generalist, I bring expertise across employee relations, policy development, organisational change, TUPE, workplace investigations, and tribunal support. I’ve led data-driven people strategies centred on DE&I, retention, wellbeing and culture, and delivered tailored training that builds capability and lasting change.
Much of my experience comes from the multi-sector recruitment industry, working across sectors from manufacturing and healthcare to public services and engineering.
