Summary

Professional IT and EPoS and Customer Service trainer and consultant with experience working with some big name retailers. I have been involved in IT training since 2004 and specialising in EPoS since 2007. Experience in planning, writing and delivering IT training on a wide range of bespoke, off the shelf, EPoS and Microsoft packages. Full list below in specialities.

The EPoS side was spent focussed on delivering IT training for EPOS (till) systems for independent convenience retailers. This included consultancy, support, troubleshooting and advice on key retail areas such as stock management and pricing to maximise their IT solutions and offer maximum efficiencies to their business and deliver prompt return on investment.

Leaving permanent employment to go into contracting, I am currently delivering training, coaching, customer service training and consultancy support on self service checkouts for major retailers including Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Poundland and many others. See below for details.
