My name is Emma Browning, and I’m an experienced senior HR specialist, with a proven track record in delivering change management programmes, reorganisations, improving employee engagement, employee development and managing complex employee relations issues. Before moving into HR, I had a successful career working for the world’s largest recruitment company for 12 years and managed their contract to supply call centre staff to a major telecoms company. The high staff turnover and low employee engagement I witnessed there was a powerful insight into the impact that employees could have on business performance. I’ve spent the last 15 years in HR, working for premium brands such as Porsche and Harley-Davidson. At a strategic level, this included implementing change management programmes and re-organisations, creating learning and development strategies that have helped these businesses to adapt and deliver the required results to their stakeholders. At a day-to-day operational level, it has involved the setting up of basic HR Policies and Procedures as well as dealing with absence management, employee relations issues, as well as all aspects of recruitment.
