Additionally, he has a strong background in diversity and inclusion, delivering EDI strategic consultation, training, and facilitation to various organisations in the private, hospitality, public, and charity sectors. He has assisted them in achieving excellence in equality standards, implement inclusive change initiatives, and engage senior managers and staff in EDI workshops. He is a collaborative, engaging, and resilient HR professional who strives to support people development and organisational performance improvement.

Employee Relations
Carried out evidence - led employee investigations in educational institutions across the UK which includes Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of Arts London and Barnardo’s Children Charity

Consulted and developed processes for human resource policy areas such as developing the grievance procedure and managing pay and review consultations.

Delivered 1 -1 and group executive coaching with individuals from the organisation using MBTI model, for the purpose of improving team engagement.

Performance Improvement
Designed and delivered a leadership and management development programme for managers, focusing on leadership, strategic management, and change management.

Responsible for successfully managing the Equalities change management project, of moving a district council from Level 2 to Level 3 of the Equality Standards for Local Government.

Delivered nationwide competency-based training skills workshops across the Civil Service, as part of their reform plan and new performance management systems.

Diversity and Inclusion
At Barnardo’s consulted and implemented the organizations Strategic Equality& Diversity programme, rolling out to over 900 members of senior management and staff.

As EDI Consultant at the Cherwell District Council supported and advised the council in achieving ‘Excellent Status’ from Audit Commission.

At NHS England, facilitated race equality workshops to over 200 senior managers and staff as part the NHS EDI inclusion plan.
