Summary
As a young Indian, I believe that this is the best decade for entrepreneurs in India, both global and domestic, to start their dream ventures and explore the vast opportunities India presents.
In collaboration with my company’s management and leadership team, I help global companies to explore opportunities of setting up their presence in India. I discuss, I consult, I convince, I hustle, and I get to work with entrepreneurs across the globe to formulate their strategies for their entry to India. It could be through setting up their wholly owned subsidiaries or through the setting up of a PEO or through joint ventures or simple collaborations.
I am also passionate about working closely with domestic entrepreneurs to nurture their start up aspirations. Increasingly, more than ever before, startups and growth-oriented companies need the assurance of engaging professional companies that have expertise of handling new-age business with a proactive consulting approach. We support with bookkeeping, payroll & labour law compliances, direct & indirect tax compliance, HR, corporate & regulatory and investor support & management.
I also actively look for international assignments to bring home projects on global accounting, bookkeeping and taxation, in an outsourced or offshore model, helping global business to get their work done in India, to leverage the benefits of Indian expertise, Indian talent and obvious cost savings.
My role is to participate in various Indian and International forums, summits, events & conclaves, talk and consult with entrepreneurs, facilitate collaborations, stitch an engagement, and get them to work with Floraison.
