I operate in London, I find R2RHMO deals which cashflow a minimum of £500 net pcm for a 3-5 years period.
I also have a team that cover the whole north of the UK (Liverpool, Manchester, Hull, Burnley, Birmingham etc...). Together we source BRRR deals, HMOs, Buy-to-Lets and the occasional Hotels.
We aim at 20% ROI minimum per deal.
