Summary
I believe in the power of truly getting to know an organisation, its story, history and culture in order to understand why, how and what people do within the organisation. By doing so, I can put my mission; to help other people and companies, into better practice. Being a linking pin between the operational reality of the people within an organisation and the (information) technology that supports it, has always been a passion.
In order to do this, I’d like to focus on (agile) leadership in digital technology in the broadest sense.
Through my experience, I’m convinced that by combining different tools, methods and theories and applying them in specific- and often very different contexts; I can help find- and apply the best fit for each situation. Whether it is scaling with scrum, organising- and leading teams, and/or developing- and leading tech projects - together we can find the best way to deal with the challenges of an ever-changing technological world.
