I work on a project or retained basis, sitting alongside existing teams rather than replacing them. The businesses I work with are usually past the startup stage, moving fast, and dealing with commercial complexity they haven't faced before.
I'm based at Basecamp Liverpool, which means I'm well connected across the Liverpool city region business community and I'm always open to introductions, referrals and conversations with people who work with similar businesses.
