nCompass is an independent communications consultancy. At its heart is Mike Goldwater, a creative marketing and media professional, and brand architect.
Having relocated to Norfolk in 2019, Mike is now commited to supporting local brands, especially businesses which have little or no inhouse marketing or communications resources but have ambition and an appetite for growth. He also presents a weekly marketing show on Poppyland Radio.
Mike is married, has two daughters, three step-children, one grand-daughter and two dogs - some of whom are house trained...
Before settling in Norfolk, Mike was involved in award-winning creative, media and marketing campaigns for over 30 years. He’s worked on B2C and B2B accounts in major agencies in the UK and overseas, promoting niche and specialist brands, SMEs and global corporations. Now fully independent, media neutral and flexible, Mike is keen to offer the skills, experience and resources of nCompass Communications to those brands who are determined to fulfill their market potential and would benefit from a fresh injection of energy, inspiration and guidance.
