Experienced Occupational Therapist with a demonstrated history working in mental health care in both inpatient and community settings.
I offer occupational and nature based therapies. I help women experiencing stress, anxiety and burnout to reset, find balance and feel more connected to themselves and the important people in their lives.
Through my programme and spending dedicated time in nature, they learn strategies to manage anxiety, build resilience and improve sleep. By setting meaningful goals we can work together to creatively find solutions to help you Reset, Reflect, Restore and help you find your roots.
Why use nature?
Therapy in four walls can feel restrictive, it can be hard to express yourself fully in words and there can be pressure to "talk". Eco or nature based therapies centre on the belief that people are connected to and impacted by the natural environment and there is substantial research that time in nature significantly improves wellbeing.
