Summary
I am a Legal Director in the Real Estate Team based in the Milton Keynes Office and dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property having joined Shakespeare Martineau on 11 November 2019.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in September 1998 I have established my presence and experience in all aspects of Commercial Property to include Landlord and Tenant matters whether acting for landlord or tenant, commercial property acquisitions and sales along with development agreements (acting for both developer and landowner) such as Promotion Agreements, Options and Conditional Contracts. I also have substantial experience in Banking Finance and Separate Representation work along with Corporate support transactions and have built up a great deal of expertise and knowledge of not only the local business area but throughout the wider country.
In my free time I escape to my dance classes and If I am not dancing I try and relax with Yoga and running.
