All our associates are occupationally and academically qualified in their area of expertise.
We call ourselves the Training Dept. because we fit seamlessly into companies who haven't got their own. We have considerable evidence to prove that learning in business is far more effective when the trainer comes from outside.
Our methods are often creative & unusual. We use drama, the outdoors, the community, third parties, whatever we feel is the most effective learning environment. We are totally committed to developing the people we work with. We challenge comfort zones, help people grow but insist that throughout, the training process should be fun.
Above all, we are cost effective. In one area, our use of actors in forum theatre has allowed us to reach a large number of people, quickly and effectively to train people in the areas of communication skills, telephone sales and safe care in adults.
In another, we have helped companies improve performance through helping employees achieve NVQIIs in BIT employing the principles of lean manufacturing. Because of the lean approach of the BIT NVQ, training is often self-funding. We are a LSC Approved Provider.
We also work in partnership with RTC, jointly offering ILM Qualifications at all levels.
