Summary
The Urban Space is a provider of serviced apartment accommodation in Cardiff and Barry with 110 units comprising lodges/studios/one and two bed apartments. We have a minimum night stay requirement of three nights for our two bed apartments and two nights for everything else. Our units are distributed across four locations - two in Cardiff Bay, one in Barry and one in Cardiff city centre.
We service both the leisure and corporate markets and are always happy to discuss corporate rate agreements with clients who may wish to book a one-off long stay or who book with us regularly.
We also have two venues in Cardiff city centre offering hot desks and meeting rooms for hire as well as a private office space available for rent.
