Whilst adding to our long-term Portfolio using multiple strategies, we aim to provide Modern, High Spec, energy efficient Homes in an ever-changing environment for all Budgets. Utilizing where possible environmentally friendly technologies, such as Solar PV, to enable our purchasers and tenants to benefit from lower energy bills and live more sustainable lives.
We fund our projects through a combination of Private angel investor finance, offering excellent returns,and look to build long term relationships with private investors so we can continue to beat the banks and replace short term finance vehicles like commercial, bridging, development finance etc.
I am an Experienced Professional Project manager and Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Construction industry at all levels for 25yrs. Skilled in Client, Main contractor, or sub-contractor Project delivery. With Excellent skills in Estimation, negotiation, contractor management, capex, financial planning, project planning & operations, commercial activities within MOD, Government, Retail, commercial, Hospitality, Construction and M&E sectors. Driven, collaborative Strong program and project management skills with APMP qualifications. Coming from a background of working on building sites my whole adult life, after leaving the Army in the mid 90's.I am focused and driven to successfully deliver projects in line with client expectations utilizing project management principles and all current CDM, H&S and building regulations best practices. I Have owned and operated a successful Project management consultancy for 4 years and decided to use my 25yrs experience in the construction industry to move into Property which has been an ambition of mine for many years
