Summary

“How we embrace and manage personal change is connected  to how we see our place within a much wider world of relationships and inter-relationships"

I have been fortunate to have worked in a wide range of contexts with some amazing groups of people. From this work and from these inspirational people I have realised that there are ‘patterns’ which underpin the ‘processes’ we need to define and achieve our goals. These patterns relate to how we see ourselves and how we relate to everything in our environment.

The Mind is at the centre of our perceptions, our thoughts and our feelings.

The Mind is the pattern-maker and the ‘director’ of the processes which cause us to believe the things we believe; think the things we think; feel the way we feel and do the things we do.

The Mind is not limited to the physical, it can imagine different realities and be inspired by possibilities beyond the material.

As the scientist, sceptic and atheist Carl Sagan stated “We are a way for the cosmos to know itself’‘.

For me, this becomes the spiritual aspect of Mind and Being that is often neglected within many coaching approaches.
