As a result of a near-lifetime obsession with improving the lives of business owners and a career combining challenging senior roles within multinational corporates and startups, I have found solutions to many of the questions I started with.

A: By deliberately designing it into your business. Make it the reason your business creates income and reap the benefit every day. This way, when you increase your income, you increase your ability to earn money without working.
The SALT Business Growth Consultancy was started in 2010 with the aim of helping businesses that were in severe danger of failing due to the recession caused by the credit crunch.
It started as a way to test if I had learned enough to save these struggling businesses from going under.
We started without a name for our business until it became apparent what we were delivering to our clients.

They needed additional Abilities to face these almost impossible challenges.
