About Sylter -
The company was born out of a particular frustration of mine and Adrian Dearnley's, in so far as, there seems to be a distinct lack of conscientious smaller contractors in the market place currently. Most contractors of our size don’t seem to be able to respond quickly or efficiently enough to their Customers’ needs and requirements and ends up in frustration or mis-communication, this is where we want to be different…….
We plan to be different by:
Keeping our overheads low and controlled (allowing us to plough all our combined energies into ensuring the Customer gets exactly what they are expecting with no financial surprises or delivery issues along the way).
Not grow too quickly as quick growth creates an impact on relationships and delivery capability.
Maintain communicative dialogue throughout the process and hence exceptional Customer satisfaction.
Set realistic profit expectations for the business.
We are a brand new business but to put clients minds at rest on our capability, myself and Adrian have a great many years’ experience in the following disciplines;
New Build and extensions of Car Show Rooms, Supermarkets, Retail Parks, Shopping Centres, Student Accommodation, Mixed Use retail / residential Scheme’s.
Fit Out’s of all of the above (including a lot of live environment works).
Commercial Fit Outs.
Industrial Unit refurbishment and fit out (including mezzanines, racking, sprinklers etc).
Dilapidations.
