I am a Director of Smart Quality Services. We are a business improvement consultancy helping companies put structure and processes into their business to help them drive improved operational efficiency and productivity.
We have 2 sides to the business:
Smart Quality provides a simple, flexible and cost-effective route to gaining and retaining ISO certification to a number of standards including ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) and ISO 27001 (Data Security). We also provide ISO and GRC and legal compliance management software which helps businesses to save significant time in managing all their compliance activity,
Smart Manufacture works predominantly with small manufacturing companies across all sectors to help them gain visibility over their end to end operations and to drive improved operational efficiency through streamlining and automating their processes. We work with an ecosystem of cloud-based software in the areas of ERP/MRP, MES, CRM and Digital Work Instruction software.
