Anna came in before lockdown and we had started to talk about one of her corporate wellbeing programmes as we wanted the staff to feel like they were supported. We had been having a high rate of absenteeism and thought we should deal with this from a company wide perspective rather than target individuals.
We created a programme together with True Wellbeing and had lots of input to compliment Anna’s suggestions – she encouraged this as highlighted how we know our company best. It really opened our own eyes to where we currently were.
When lockdown began, Anna was always available to give us help and advise about how to manage the mental wellbeing of those furloughed and all groups – identifying that there would be some who may need more assistance than others.
TWB have now provided us with a structured and detailed plan for when we return to work and how to manage ourselves, logistics, the teams and individual scenarios as and when they arrive.
She has been invaluable for company morale with her always-positive presence in our meetings and on her wellbeing webinars and we cannot thank her enough. We look forward now with what she has in store for us next – she has given us the tools to create our own future. – Katya, HR, Evercom.
