He co-ordinated a new Lean culture across AMZL Europe raising the competence of the shop floor, junior and senior management teams. He led a team of 12 which I was proud to part of. He brought innovation by raising the benchmark standards finding new ways to solve chronic losses within the operation. A key super power of Matt is his "Think Big" and "Deliver Results". This combination enabled Matt to expand his team on a Global scale introducing Lean excellence into NA, Japan and Australia. This expansion moved further with Amazon as his teachings and methodology was pulled by other functions.
