Matt worked for me introducing continuous improvement principles, tools and techniques using World Class Manufacturing methodology. This was an especially challenging opportunity for Matt and the Team as the FTSE100 company's culture and working environment was extremely resistant to change, but needed to move at pace as part of its over-arching key strategies for change. Matt quickly recognised the key barriers and opportunities to unlock this at a local level was actively engaging with its key influencers, at senior leadership level through to trade union representatives and operatives within the designated model areas of focused improvement activity.
