Who needs the Purchasing/Procurement Department, you have all you need. Right? I am sorry to say No - you do not. The Procurement team is there to help you to do your day-job while they look for better cost and delivery alternatives. We also know that a lot of our counterparts leave a lot to be desired and we can only apologize for their lack of skills in dealing with you and your challenges.
