Business Update for Managers/Directors

Following a recent government announcement, the Team Leader Level 3 and Operations Manager Level 5 apprenticeship programmes will no longer be funded and will move to a fully commercial model. There is also the potential for the Sales Executive Level 4 apprenticeship to be defunded.
With the 31/03 deadline approaching, many organisations are reviewing their training budget to ensure it is fully utilised and that no funds are lost. I wanted to check whether this is something you are currently looking at, or if there may be funds you are keen to use to develop your team.
