During a construction site safety inspection we recorded a potential hazard that had been missed by other safety professionals on site. This hazard was then "Realised" (it became an event) and the main electricity supply for site was down for 6 hours.... Advice ignored cost the main contractor 40+ contractors billing for an unproductive day and still needing to mitigate.

Choosing the right people to provide advice and support is important......taking that advice and doing something with it....Priceless!
