Spending some money on engaging help to develop a strategy might seem unnecessary, a luxury perhaps? Ask yourself how much you spend on marketing. What is the ROI on that spend? If the marketing plan is not aligned to a strategic plan for the business, the return may not be as good you think or deliver only a short term result. Consider spending part of that marketing budget on developing a written strategy first and maximise your ROI.
