We recently received a request from a specialized aerospace maintenance company. They had a failed hard drive which ran one of their parts production machines. For the company this meant costly down time of their manufacturing process so they opted for our emergency services.
Even though it required clean room rework and heads replacement we managed to recover the drive in its entirity and had it cloned to another drive and ready for collection the next day. Another gold star to add to our belt.
