Expansa is a one-stop shop consultancy for all HR, Investors in People (IIP), and ISO 9001 needs. We work predominantly with SME clients frustrated with people and regulatory challenges becoming a threat to their business and stifling growth.
We deal with a broad spectrum of employment issues from employee handbooks to implementing tailored solutions improving productivity and driving performance and business objectives.
Expansa was founded by Aggy Cybulska, an HR expert with over 15 years' HR and consultancy experience for small, medium and large organisations in a variety of sectors.A business case for employing an in-house HR expert is weak for majority of small companies. Yet, with so many regulatory requirements to keep abreast of and with good people management practices proven to be giving organisations advantage over competitors, HR is now more important to small businesses than ever before. Expansa Ltd provides flexible and cost efficient HR services to help small and medium size businesses save money, achieve business objectives and thrive.
Our services:
-HR reviews or “health checks” to identify employment risk areas;
-“Pay as you go” HR advice and support or HR projects: you contact us as and when you need us and pay us on an hourly or daily rate basis. We would always give you a cost estimate in advance so there are no surprises at a later date.
-Outsourced HR support. You effectively outsource your HR function to us. We give you advice and adequate hands on support to help you overcome challenges you face. This service is provided on a retainer basis, i.e. you pay us a fixed monthly fee over a set period of time. As a retained client you receive a priority service and preferential rates.
-Virtual HR Director. This is a retained service for clients facing challenges which require HR to undertake a leading role in their organisation working closely with the senior management team.
-Implementation of ISO9001 framework;
-Implementation of Investor in People framework;
-Designing and conducting ISO 9001 audits;
-Preparation for external certification audits (IIP and ISO 9001).
