Expansa Ltd was founded by Agnieszka (Aggy) Cybulska, who has over 15 years’ experience as an HR professional and trainer, working in both consultancy and in-house HR roles. Agnieszka is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and a qualified internal ISO 9001 auditor.
In the course of her career Agnieszka has led transformational HR programmes within the scope of recruitment, reward, organisation development, talent management, performance management and learning and development. As an HR generalist, Agnieszka is also very familiar with day to day employment matters and has successfully managed TUPE projects, redundancies, reorganisations and numerous dismissals and grievances.
