We are a nationwide consultancy based in Kent who work within two distinct environments of management: the tactics and processes of Projects, and the strategy of business Operations. We have twelve years experience in looking at all aspects from senior management or senior leadership positions.
We revitalise outdated strategies and processes, 'retune' tired or faltering operations, help define and indicate strategic goals and outcomes and align the business to what your client expects.
Our experience comes directly from having seen and been involved with a multitude of problems and issues and, over time, providing clarity and improving every aspect of them.
Project Management services
We provide systematic management of projects, a portfolio of projects or a programme of projects. From clients and stakeholders, we analyse the project's needs, objectives and requirements and using tried and trusted as well as innovative techniques, specialist software and our experience provide the best possible outcome.
We can provide services that allow you to manage your own projects or advise and support your organisation on project management practices, processes, and methodologies. We collaborate with stakeholders to improve project efficiency, solve complex problems, and enhance overall project performance by reviewing your overall process maturity.

Our operational experience is second to none with over 16 years between us; this includes, Field Services, Office, Workshop/Manufacturing, Projects, Change and general management. Our comprehensive approach takes all aspects of operations, looking inwardly at processes and gaps to analysing supply chains, clients’ relations and many other things:
